Kanema is an IPTV player for Apple TV, iPhone, iPad, Mac and Apple Vision Pro. It plays the subscription you already have, from an M3U link, an Xtream Codes login or your own Plex, Jellyfin or Emby server. It comes with no channels.

Kanema is a player for IPTV subscriptions, written in SwiftUI for Apple TV, iPhone, iPad, Mac and Apple Vision Pro. You add the playlist your provider gives you, as an M3U link or an Xtream Codes login, or connect a Plex, Jellyfin or Emby server, and Kanema shows your live channels with a TV guide and catch-up, along with your provider’s films and series.
The free version has one playlist, live TV, catch-up, films and series, and today and tomorrow in the guide, with no adverts and no watermarks. Kanema Pro adds iCloud sync between devices, unlimited playlists, pause and rewind for live TV, Multi-view with up to four channels at once, the full guide, reminders and Live Activities. One purchase covers every Apple device on the same Apple Account, and Family Sharing is on. Free and Pro, feature by feature.
There is no Kanema account and no Kanema server. Playlists and logins stay on your devices, with passwords in the Keychain, and the apps collect no analytics. Kanema is in English, French, German, Italian, Portuguese and Spanish.
Kanema is made by Patrick Sibale, an independent developer in the United Kingdom. The name is the Chichewa word for film.

Kanema includes no channels, playlists or content of any kind. It plays only what the person using it adds from their own provider, and they need the right to watch it.
